What is BellPepper?

BellPepper Investments is a company dedicated to helping its clients invest in the right property at the right price. Our mission is to enable investors to grow through Intelligent Property Investing, and this continues long after any investments you make or have already made.

 

Are you a UK company?

We are a UK company, with staff from both the UK and around the world.

 

Why do I need BellPepper?

BellPepper was borne out of a personal frustration, that we realised was shared by many others:

Future performance – We also provide BellPepper Investor customers a free interactive dashboard showing how their intended property investment could perform in the future.

 

Doesn’t property always perform well in the long run?

Property can be a great investment, but performance will vary from city to city, and between different property types. The other point to mention is that there are a large number of costs associated with property purchase and ownership, so it’s extremely important to perform thorough analysis to ensure that there are no nasty surprises months or years after a purchase.

In addition, it’s really important to understand how a particular property fits in with your overall strategy. There are also issues such as liquidity and leverage to consider.

 

I’m comfortable doing my own research, so don’t need such a service

There are many great tools available for property searches. BellPepper differs as:

How do you differ from property clubs and consultants?

Our business model is built around the provision of quality analysis advice. We don’t make money from selling property, and so we would never encourage you to invest in something that’s not appropriate for you.

Can I buy a property through you?

What is the BellPepper Investment Score?

We have developed the unique BellPepper Investment Score to provide an at-a-glance view of whether any investment is the right one for you. It takes into consideration your investment strategy, as well as the unique characteristics of the property you are considering, and produces a single score out of 100.

 

If two investors are reviewing the same investment, but have different strategies, their scores will be different – it's that personalised!

 

What if I’m not satisfied with the report, or some other aspect of your service?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you have any issues, [email protected] should be your first point of contact. We will endeavour to address any concerns, and will refund 100% of the cost of a report within 14 days if we are not able to resolve an issue. We want you to be fully confident in our services.
