We undertake to rectify any inaccuracies of which we become aware of without delay.  We will only keep your data for as long as necessary and justified. For example, but not limited to dealing with complaints and audits.  Personal data will usually be retained for 10 years as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, after which time it is destroyed.
